the leader of the indigenous peoples of biafra and director of radio Biafra,mazi nnamdi Kanu has revealed to world,those good people that helped him escape.kanu in his live interview with Israeli TV channel 1 said that he was smuggled out of nigeria with the help of his relatives.IPOB was the target of the Nigerian army operation code,named python dance,launched in south East.during the operation,around kanus residence in umuahia,abia state.28 people were killed while Kanu went missing.when I came out of prison,i continued to preach to my people.i continued to practice my jewish religion.and one day, the Nigeria army came to my house to kill me. They killed 28 people in their attempt to kill me.my people evacuated me before they came to my bedroom.they took me away and smuggled me out of nigeria.i needed some time to recover which I did and then,had to make my way to isreaI. Israel is the only place I feel safe in the world,kanu said.he also said,he could have gone back to England,but I don't feel safe in england.thats why I stayed back in Israel.

Folarin Falana, popularly known as Falz, has filed papers in court challenging the ban placed by the National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) on his song, “This is Nigeria”. The court documents were filed through Falz’s lawyers, Adepetun Caxton-Martins Agbor & Segun (ACAS-Law), on November, 6, 2018, three months after the NBC sent a letter to JODAJ Global Communications Limited in Jos sanctioning them for playing Falz’s song, “This Is Nigeria” and banning the song from being played on radio, along with other songs. In the letter sent to JODAJ Global Communications Limited, NBC stated that the reason for banning This Is Nigeria is that the lyrics are vulgar and in contravention of the NBC Code. A lot of Nigerians, including celebrities, criticized NBC for the ban, stating it was ridiculous, but the ban was upheld. Falz had hinted in an interview granted in August that he would write to the NBC to seek a justification for the ban and if necessary, seek legal redress in the courts. H

The Islamic Movement in Nigeria, IMN, has said the Army cannot face its members, who are Shi’ites, if they had weapons. Making the claim, Monday, at a briefing on the recent clash between soldiers and its members in Abuja, Abdullahi Zango, leader of the group, said the statement issued by the military and Police over the killing of Shi’ites were “fabricated lies cooked up to cover their atrocities.”While accusing the soldiers of attacking defenceless protesters, Zango said: “They continue to say that we are armed. This is a blatant lie. If we are armed, Nigeria Army cannot face us. “If we have weapons with us, Nigeria Army is too small to face us.
