Nigerian celebrities,falz,banky w,ebuka and other personalities storms abuja for official declaration of#VoteYourFuture campaign,hosted by one.it was held at Edmund event centre,wuse 2,abuja.its aim is to urge all youth to participate in the 2019 election by voting for their choice.it was hosted by ebuka obi uchendu.in his speech,banky w said,every country has the leadership they deserve.each one of us must demand from the people going for office on the issues they will be focusing on,he commented.while fall urge Nigerians not to have to settle for two polictical parties as there are several political parties eyeing for the presidential seat.oby ezekwesili, the presidential candidate of the allied congress party of Nigeria delivered a message,she stated,i will make the citizens the centre of the vision for the nation if elected president.eunice atuejide,a presidential candidate of the national interest party also granted a question and answer session.

Folarin Falana, popularly known as Falz, has filed papers in court challenging the ban placed by the National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) on his song, “This is Nigeria”. The court documents were filed through Falz’s lawyers, Adepetun Caxton-Martins Agbor & Segun (ACAS-Law), on November, 6, 2018, three months after the NBC sent a letter to JODAJ Global Communications Limited in Jos sanctioning them for playing Falz’s song, “This Is Nigeria” and banning the song from being played on radio, along with other songs. In the letter sent to JODAJ Global Communications Limited, NBC stated that the reason for banning This Is Nigeria is that the lyrics are vulgar and in contravention of the NBC Code. A lot of Nigerians, including celebrities, criticized NBC for the ban, stating it was ridiculous, but the ban was upheld. The Islamic Movement in Nigeria, IMN, has said the Army cannot face its members, who are Shi’ites, if they had weapons. Making the claim, Monday, at a briefing on the recent clash between soldiers and its members in Abuja, Abdullahi Zango, leader of the group, said the statement issued by the military and Police over the killing of Shi’ites were “fabricated lies cooked up to cover their atrocities.”While accusing the soldiers of attacking defenceless protesters, Zango said: “They continue to say that we are armed.
