Tiwa savage wins best African act at MTV emas award 2018

Tiwa Savage has won the MTV Europe Music Awards for Best African Act ,2018.The ceremony took place at the Bizkaia Arena, Bilbao in Spain.
She beat fellow Nigerian musician, Davido ,Shekhinah,Fally Ipupa,Nyashinski and Distruction Boyz.
Tiwa has now made history as the first female to win the award whose past winners include, Wizkid and Davido.
Gushing over her win, Tiwa Savage said
Almighty God, you ARE so faithful. My savage soldiers you did this for us. You’ve stuck with me through the roller coasters, THANK YOU
To my amazing team, this is just the beginning.
African Woman, this is for US
I’ve been through a lot but I’ve kept my head up and weathered the storm because I know some little girl somewhere is dreaming like I did.

Chelsea head coach,maurizio sarri,during his press conference today,finally confirmed that current captain,garry Cahill will keep the armband for this season.cahill who takes over the captain duties from Chelsea legend,john Terry last season,will continue with the captain duties.sarri also named Cesar azpilicueta as vice.but Cahill who features in the carabao cup 3:2 defeat to derby is set to be relegated to the bench ahead of the match against crystal palace on Sunday.
